1. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we currently ship across India only using trusted courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, FedEx, and Xpressbees.


2. Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, standard shipping charges apply at checkout.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can also use our Tracking Page to check real-time updates.


5. Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items.
Note: A valid unboxing video is required, and a fixed ₹199 return shipping fee applies.


6. Are any products non-returnable?

Yes, personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. For other items, refer to our Return Policy.


7. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 8–15 business days after return approval.


8. Is exchange available if I receive the wrong or damaged product?

Yes, we offer exchanges only for wrong or damaged items. A proper unboxing video is mandatory to process the exchange.


9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available. However, we may verify your order by phone before shipping to ensure accuracy.
